The food products are non returnable/exchangable. But we're happy to assist you in any cases
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Our cut of time for order processing is 3 pm. Normally local orders from Bali you'll get same or next day. Orders to other part of Indonesia require 2-5 days for delivery
Where are your products manufactured?
All ButtaNutts products made in small batches on factory in Cape Town, South Africa. Extra Virgin olive Oils made Crete island, Greece (POD) and in Valencia, Spain
