Welcome to Food Trader. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at trader.food and your purchase of any products from us (together, the “Services”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. Products, pricing, and availability
All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include or exclude taxes and delivery charges as indicated at checkout. We make every effort to display product information, images, and prices accurately; however, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order containing an error, even after an order has been confirmed.

4. Orders and acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and a contract is formed only once we confirm and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. Where we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund for that order.

5. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Delivery
We arrange delivery to the areas indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Food products and allergens
Our products include items made from nuts, seeds, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions, and may be produced in facilities that also handle such ingredients. It is your responsibility to read the product information and ingredient lists before purchasing or consuming, and to ensure a product is suitable for you. If you have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please take appropriate care and consult a medical professional where necessary.

8. Returns and refunds
Because we supply food and consumable goods, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing your order.

9. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm Food Trader or other users.

10. Intellectual property
All content on the website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Food Trader and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
