Returns & Refunds Policy

At Food Trader, the quality, freshness, and safety of our products are our highest priority. Because we supply food and other consumable goods, this policy explains when returns and refunds are, and are not, possible. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Food and perishable goods are non-returnable
For health, hygiene, and food-safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of food and consumable products — including, but not limited to, our nut butters, olive oils, and plant-based milks — once they have been delivered. This applies whether or not the original packaging has been opened. As with all reputable food suppliers, consumable items cannot be resold once they have left our care, and we trust our customers will understand this necessary measure.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Your satisfaction matters to us. While food items are non-returnable, we will gladly put things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, or if you have received an incorrect item. To request a replacement or refund in these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide: your order number; a clear description of the issue; and photographs of the affected product and its packaging. Once we have reviewed your request, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund for the affected item, in accordance with applicable law.

3. Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel and refund an order only before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. Where mandatory legal rights apply, those rights shall prevail over this policy.
